Bed & Breakfast and Self Catering Holidays are available from March to October.
Accommodation in air conditioned, en-suite, twin or double bedded rooms. Use of the pool and extensive gardens, library and tv room. Set in ancient olive groves Impisi is a short drive to the historic hill town of Ostuni and to the coastal beaches and fishing ports of the Adriatic. Guests should make their own travel arrangements whilst in Italy. It is advisable to organise car hire at the same time as flight bookings. Impisi is less than 30 minutes from Brindisi (Ryanair, Alitalia) airport and just over the hour to Bari (Ryanair, Alitalia, BA). Ostuni rail station with eurostar links is ten minutes away. Guests are expected to arrive no earlier than 16.00 and depart by 12.00.

Bed and Breakfast

Minimum stay 2 nights. Two people in twin or double bedded, en suite air conditioned rooms. June, July, August and September £86 per night for two people. At any other time £68 per night for two people. £55 per night for single occupancy of a double room. £50pp deposit at time of booking.

Self Catering In the Gate House. Available Saturday to Saturday. Sleeps two people, twin or double bedded. Air conditioned, kitchen, verandah and shower room. £770 p.w. June, July, August and September £500 p.w. at any other time. £50pp Deposit.

Self Catering in the Courtyard Apartment. Available Saturday to Saturday. Sleeps two people, twin or double bedded. Air conditioned, kitchen, verandah and shower room. £680 p.w. June, July, August and September £425 p.w. at any other time. £50pp Deposit.

NB With a self catering booking extra double or twin bedrooms are available adjacent to the accommodation . £225 per week

We are sorry but there are no suitable facilities for babies and small children at Impisi. Wheelchair access is limited. The prices do not include travel to and from Italy.

The pool is available from 1st April to 30th September

Multi- Activity Holiday June 3rd - June 12th.
The price is £985 per person based on two people sharing a room.
The holiday includes half board at Masseria Impisi.
Organised days of walking, cycling, swimming, snorkelling and sailing along the beautiful Adriatic coast, visits to the city of Ostuni and coastal villages and all facilities of Masseria Impisi. Free transfers to and from Brindisi Airport (to coincide with Ryanair's current schedule. Should this change we will adjust the program accordingly). Cost of flights is not included in the holiday price. There is a maximum of 12 people on the Multi-Activity Holiday. Accommodation is in either double/twin rooms, or for a £50 supplement you may take one of the self-catering apartments. Single occupation of a twin room incurs a single supplement of £315. ART HOLIDAYS Tuesday 7th September to Thursday 16th September.
The price is £1090 per person based on sharing a room and includes - tuition and studio facilities, exclusive use of pool, gardens, library and tv room at Impisi, full board (other than two restaurant meals), double or twin air conditioned bed rooms. Free excursions. Free transport to and from Brindisi Airport (to coincide with Ryanair's current Arrival and Departures, should their schedule change we will adjust our programme accordingly) or Ostuni Rail Station. Other arrivals and departures may incur additional costs, please ask for details. The prices do not include travel to and from Italy. We have four double/twin rooms on site at Impisi and two double/twin rooms with shared bathroom and own kitchen/lounge in a pretty villetta adjacent to our property, just at the end of the well lit drive. Rooms will allocated on a first come first served basis starting with the rooms on site. There is up to a maximum of 12 people on our Art Holiday
