This book was written at the request of the many friends and guests who stayed at Il Collegio when it was based in Tuscany and who have enjoyed the exceptional meals and convivial atmosphere of the retreat.

It details many of the traditional dishes of the Garfagnana region of Tuscany, as well as recounting numerous adventures and happenings and daily life at Il Collegio.

The book contains illustrations by David Westby artist and college lecturer and resident tutor at Il Collegio.
